- A one night deposit is required to secure all
reservations (Must
be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival) . Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day
3 night stay minimum.
- 2 day minimum stay required
for all weekend reservations.
- No refunds on reservations
canceled within 7days prior to arrival date.
- No refunds due to weather
conditions.

Note 1:  Only electric golf
carts are permitted and must be registered
with Management. A $5.00/weekend fee is charged.
Note 2: Children are ages 4-12. Adults are 13+.
Note 3: Only ONE unit per site.
Note 4: An extra $10.00 charge for arrivals before 2:00 p.m.
Note 5: All guests must register at the front office and pay a
fee of $2.00
per child and $3.00 per adult per night and get a car pass.
